This seminar aims to help you manage problem staff and preempt conflict situations. It covers working with staff members who may be uncooperative, unproductive or just downright difficult. The objective of the day is to identify and analyze problems and then to provide strategies to help middle or senior leaders deal successfully with such staff and situations in a constructive and non-threatening manner. The key to success however, is how you apply the strategies and this involves using your emotional intelligence.
