Joining Instructions: Final course details and venue location map will be sent approximately 10 days before the event. If you have not received the joining instructions 5 days prior to the event, please contact Prime Professional Conferences Ltd.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the event, you may make a substitution at any time. A refund of fees less a £60 + VAT administration charge will be made only for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days before the event. No refunds can be made for cancellations received within 14 days of the course and failure to attend will be subject to the same terms. However, complete conference/seminar/course documentation will be sent where applicable.
Note: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Prime Professional Conferences Ltd., to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
